Navigating clients and larger systems can leave us overwhelmed and under-resourced. Our goal is to provide a safe, supportive space to help you grow as a therapist.
Our Process
We support unlicensed MSWs who are working in agency settings as well as already licensed therapists. We are especially excited by integrated primary care and other medical settings that provide care for historically underserved populations.
At this time, we can only supervise individuals practicing in the state of Colorado. The hourly rate for 2023 is $130.
Our individual hourly rate is $200-$350 an hour, depending on the scope of work required and the institutional structures already in place.
In addition to clinical supervision for unlicensed MSWs, we also provide clinical consultation for already licensed therapists looking for an outside perspective on their work with patients or hoping for support in their ongoing self-care in this profession.
We're a dynamic group of individuals who are passionate about what we do and dedicated to delivering the best results for our clients.

Marja was originally trained in psychodynamic practice though has since had extensive training in SFBT and other brief intervention practices during her 11 years working in integrated care. She values working in community health with underserved communities, while examining and pushing back on oppressive systems. Marja values the importance of the therapeutic and supervisory relationship as the crux for healing, learning, and professional development.
